We requested the site directly on July 31, 2026. It returned a normal page — the domain has not gone dark. The storefront has been replaced with a notice from the company, which reads in part:
“After careful consideration, Peptide Sciences has decided to voluntarily shut down operations and discontinue the sale of its research products. Peptide Sciences retains all rights, title, and interest in and to its name, brand, trademarks, intellectual property, and associated goodwill, and will continue to protect and enforce those rights.”
The notice gives no closure date and no reason. It also carries an explicit warning about impersonation, quoted in the questions below. Separately, the pages we retrieved are marked noindex, which explains why the brand has been dropping out of search results while the site itself is still reachable.
No. peptidesciences.com serves a notice from the company stating that it “has decided to voluntarily shut down operations and discontinue the sale of its research products.” That notice was still being served when we checked on July 31, 2026. The company has not announced a relaunch.
No — and this is a common misstatement. The domain still resolves and still returns a page. What changed is that the storefront was replaced by the closure notice. Pages we checked are also marked “noindex”, which is why the site has been disappearing from search results even though it is still reachable.
Early March 2026. We could not find a primary source that fixes an exact day, and the company’s notice does not give a date. Specific timestamps circulating elsewhere — including a precise hour on a named day — are not supported by any source we were able to verify, so we do not repeat them.
No confirmed public explanation has been published. Writing on March 13, 2026, the law firm Lumalex Law stated: “At the time of writing, there has been no confirmed public explanation for why the company shut down.” The company’s own notice describes the decision as voluntary but gives no reason. Anything more specific is speculation, and we do not publish it as fact.
