TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AGREEMENT

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

This Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("Purchaser," "User," or "You") and Pure U.S. Peptide ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), regarding your access to and use of the Pure U.S. Peptide website and the purchase of any products therein.

BY CLICKING "I AGREE" OR BY PURCHASING PRODUCTS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES CONTAINED OR REFERENCED HEREIN. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

2. AGE AND ELIGIBILITY VERIFICATION

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OF AGE TO ACCESS THIS WEBSITE OR PURCHASE PRODUCTS. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years old.
• You are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or representative of a research institution.
• You are familiar with the properties, specific handling, storage, and safety requirements of the products purchased.

Pure U.S. Peptide reserves the right to limit or deny sales to unqualified individuals at our sole discretion.

3. STRICT PRODUCT USE: RESEARCH ONLY (NO HUMAN USE)

3.1 Regulatory Disclaimer

The products are NOT medicines, drugs, or dietary supplements. They have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to prevent, treat, diagnose, mitigate, or cure any disease, ailment, or medical condition.

Prohibited Uses: These products are NOT for use as food additives, drugs, cosmetic ingredients, household chemicals, or for any human or animal consumption whatsoever.

FD&C Act Compliance: The Purchaser warrants that any material produced with our products shall not be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and shall not be materials which may not, under Sections 404, 505, or 512 of the Act, be introduced into interstate commerce.

TSCA Compliance: The Purchaser acknowledges that since these products are intended solely for research purposes, they may not be on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory listing. The Purchaser assumes responsibility to ensure that the products are approved for use under TSCA, if applicable.

3.2 "Reliable Person" Warranty

The Purchaser expressly represents and warrants to Pure U.S. Peptide that the Purchaser will properly test, use, manufacture, and market any products purchased from us in accordance with the practices of a "reliable person" who is experienced in the field and in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3.3 Misuse and Banning Policy

Pure U.S. Peptide maintains a zero-tolerance policy. If we receive any communication (email, chat, phone) that implies you intend to use these products for human consumption or therapeutic use, we will immediately cancel your order and add your details to our internal "Banned List." We will not answer questions regarding administration or dosage.

4. PAYMENT TERMS AND AUTHORIZATIONS

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). We rely on the Purchaser to know the import taxes and regulations of their own region.

4.1 ACH/e-Check Authorization

If you choose to pay via e-Check or ACH:

It is recommended that you print a copy of this authorization for your records.

5. SHIPPING, RISK OF LOSS, AND CUSTOMS

5.1 Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Shipping times are estimates only. Pure U.S. Peptide shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including backorders, mail delays, or carrier errors (Force Majeure).

5.2 Risk of Loss

All items are purchased pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS).

5.3 International Orders & Customs

The Purchaser is solely responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations of their country of destination.

• Seizure: If a package is detained, seized, or destroyed by foreign Customs authorities, Pure U.S. Peptide will NOT issue a refund.
• Duties: You are responsible for all VAT, import duties, and taxes.

6. REFUNDS AND RETURNS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of these chemical products and the strict integrity required for research materials, we cannot accept returns.

Exceptions: If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact admin@pureuspeptide.com within seven (7) days of delivery with photographic evidence. In such cases, a replacement will be issued. Monetary refunds are not provided.

7. INDEMNIFICATION (READ CAREFULLY)

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pure U.S. Peptide, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, partners, and employees from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of:

• Your use of the Site or Products.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your handling, possession, and/or use of the product, whether used alone or in combination with any substance.
• Any injury, damage, or death caused by negligence, abuse, or misuse of the products (including human consumption).

In direct consideration of approving the sale of any product to the Purchaser, the Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, expenses, losses, and liability of any type arising out of the Purchaser's handling, possession, and/or use of the product.

By purchasing from Pure U.S. Peptide or opting into our notifications:

• Consent: You agree to receive auto-dialed or prerecorded marketing mobile messages (including cart reminders). Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Privacy: We respect your privacy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as explicitly necessary to provide the messaging service.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP".

All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, and computer code (collectively, "Content") contained on this Site is owned, controlled, or licensed by Pure U.S. Peptide and is protected by copyright, patent, and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Content without our express written consent.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement and any sales hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Venue: You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Pure U.S. Peptide and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Waiver: You hereby waive any objection you may have to the laying of venue in such courts.

13. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
