At Pure U.S. Peptides, we stand behind every product we sell. All peptides undergo rigorous third-party testing using both HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and Mass Spectrometry to verify identity and purity before they reach our customers.
Every order ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an independent laboratory. If any product fails to meet our published purity standards, we will replace it at no charge.
If independent testing shows purity below our published specifications, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
If your order arrives damaged or with broken seals, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a free replacement.
If you receive an incorrect product, we will ship the correct item immediately at no additional cost.
Returns and replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be in their original, unopened packaging unless the claim relates to purity or identity concerns.

Include photos of the product and packaging (if damaged), or any third-party testing results (if purity-related).
We will review your claim within 1–2 business days and arrange a replacement shipment or refund as appropriate.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
